Joyce Bogosian
An innovative Marketing Strategist and Business Development Specialist, who launched her career as an International VP of Marketing and Sales, for several high-tech Fortune 500 companies. Joyce
directed and supported marketing and sales activities overseas, as the corporate liaison to satellite offices in Paris, Milan, Rugby, Haifa and Munich. Fluency in Spanish, French, Armenian and German proved to be instrumental in forging solid partnerships with major overseas corporations, including Thomson Multimedia France, Blaupunkt Germany, Olivetti Italy, ASEA Sweden, as well as, government energy initiatives in India, Pakistan and several NATO countries.
After a career in the international arena, Joyce shifted gears by transitioning into healthcare management. She joined former Hillhaven Healthcare Inc., Lexington, MA where she rose in the ranks as a healthcare marketing executive. In 1994, Joyce moved to Santa Fe, where she helped launch the Santa Fe Business Incubator and later worked as Assistant Director for the New Mexico Small Business Development Center in Santa Fe.
Joyce formed a partnership with two businesswomen and in 2006 birthed an intentional community to serve the aging baby-boomer population. The founding partners built, developed and operated the former RainbowVision Santa Fe, an LGBT and gay-friendly resort retirement community. They created a progressive, diversity-based, inclusive model where people can live together. It was the first of its kind and gained international recognition, receiving many awards for its pioneering achievements and business excellence.
Currently, she is working on two development projects poised to build eco-sustainable communities, in the greater Santa Fe area. Joyce holds a B.A. in Social Sciences, Cum Laude and received a M.Ed. in Counseling Psychology, Summa Cum Laude.
